原標題：馬來西亞今年二季度失業率3% 411400人失業

中新社吉隆坡10月2日電 馬來西亞人力資源部長裏察烈2日表示，據大馬統計局的數字，該國2013年第2季的失業率為3.0%，411400人失業。

他在國會下議院口頭提問，回答宜力區國會議員哈斯布拉的提問時說，該國的3%失業率，低于國際勞工組織所制定的4%標準，目前為充分就業的情況。

資料顯示，馬來西亞15歲至40歲青年的失業率分別為2008年4.5%，2009年4.9%，2010年4.6%，2011年4.2%，以及2012年4.1%。

截至今年8月，勞工局共登記422248名“活躍求職者”，其中55.2%(233065人)為大學畢業生，另44.8%(189183人)並非大學畢業生。

裏察烈指出，人力資源部透過就職計劃，為雇主和求職者穿針引線。截至今年8月，有155299名求職者成功就業，25.9%為大學畢業生，74.1%非大學畢業生。(完)
